1. Services

We provide 3D printing and related services based on the digital files and specifications provided by you, the client. We reserve the right to refuse any project that we deem to be illegal, unsafe, or in violation of intellectual property rights.

2. Quotations and Orders

All quotations are based on the data you provide. Prices are subject to change if the provided data is modified after the initial quotation. An order is considered confirmed only after you have accepted the quote and provided payment information.

3. Intellectual Property

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, and permissions to the digital files you submit. You retain all intellectual property rights to your designs. We will not use or disclose your designs for any purpose other than to provide our services to you.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim relating to the services provided shall be limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the parts we produce.
