Navigating the world of additive manufacturing can be complex. We've compiled our most common inquiries to provide clarity and help you get started.

We accept a wide range of 3D model file formats, with STL and STEP being the most common and preferred. We also support OBJ, 3MF, and other native CAD formats. For best results, please ensure your model is a single, watertight solid body.

Turnaround time depends on the project's complexity, the chosen technology, and current production volume. Standard FDM prototypes can often be shipped within 1-3 business days. SLA and SLS parts typically take 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited services for urgent projects.

Pricing is primarily based on three factors: material consumption (the volume of your part), machine time (how long it takes to print), and manual labor (for post-processing and finishing). Our instant online quote tool analyzes your file to provide a transparent and accurate price.

While we do not offer full-scale product design services from scratch, our team of engineers can provide Design for Additive Manufacturing (DFAM) consultation. We can help optimize your existing design for better printability, strength, and cost-effectiveness.

Our build volumes vary by technology. Our FDM machines can handle parts up to 600 x 600 x 600 mm. For SLA, the maximum size is approximately 350 x 350 x 400 mm, and for SLS it's around 300 x 300 x 580 mm. Larger objects can often be printed in sections and expertly assembled.
